In Loving Memory of Jesse Watkins
February 2, 1936 – October 5, 2025
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jesse Watkins, who departed this life on October 5, 2025, at the age of 89.
Born on February 2, 1936, Jesse lived a full life never meeting a stranger. He could be seen in his younger days riding his red bicycle or pulling his red wagon picking up cans.
Jesse was known for his kindness and willingness to always help others. He leaves behind fond memories of always having a smile on his face. His many "family members" and "community friends" will miss him so but, will always have the memories of the sweet innocent person that he was. No matter what name he was called, whether it was Jesse, Brut or Buddy he always had a friendly wave to say "Hello". Though he is no longer with us, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and adored him.
Jesse leaves behind special families. The Mills Family, The Alewine Family and The Penny Family.
