Jessica M. Bernard - (25), January 2nd, 2000, till July 19th, 2025.
Jessica was a beautiful young woman who was intelligent and resourceful. Despite struggling with formidable challenges, she was able to handle most of the struggles of life and carve out a relatively impressive existence. In youth, she enjoyed gymnastics, computers, skating,martial arts, painting, drawing and swimming. In one class, she was the top swimmer in a group of 45. She loved doting over and planning parties and various events for her children and hanging with friends. She loved her children and was determined to provide a good life for them She attended several schools, including SouthSide Christian Academy, Abe Lincoln Elementary, Meridian Middle School and completed her education at the Father Flanagan / Boystown facility in Omaha, Nebraska. In church life, during her youth and teen years she attended Southside 7th Day Adventist Church. Survivors include her mother, Jennifer Bernard, Father, Curt Lowder, siblings Curtis Lowder and Semira Osman, Guardians, Tony and Tina Chenault and her 5-yr-old daughter and 4-yr-old son. who are now being cared for by her close friends, Rikki and Seth Broock.
A Celebration of her life will take place from 12:00PM to 2:00pm on Tuesday, August 5th at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster-Askin-Sandrock, 2310 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222. Those who will be attending are invited to dress casually.
