On the morning of Thursday, March 7, 2024, Jessica Danielle Miller, 59, a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother passed away. She was fifty-nine years old.
Jessica was born in Brady to Mary Cervantez on November 24, 1964. She met her husband, Ray Miller, while working at Eckerd Drugs as an Assistant Manager. They married on December 17, 1983. They raised two children, Josh and Erica, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Jessica was able to attain her associates degree in business administration and management from Indiana Tech in 2005. She was also a small business owner for several years.
Besides being an avid gardener, Jessica loved to paint. She enjoyed listening to the oldies. Jessica had a deep love for her pets and treated them like her babies. One of her greatest accomplishments was getting her associates degree while maintaining a full-time job. Being altruistic, Jessica and Ray decided to leave everything they knew behind to try to give their children an opportunity at a better life than they had.
Jessica was best known for fiercely loving her family and generous spirit.
Jessica survivors include her parents, Mary and Castulo Rodriguez; her husband, Ray Miller; her children, Josh Miller, Erica Abbey and husband Charles; her grandson, Krystof Abbey; her brothers, Nick Espinosa, Eddie Espinoza and wife Theresa; her sisters, Alisha Espinoza, Tammy Nguyen and husband Nhu; her five nephews, Zach Nguyen, Isaac Nguyen, and Jacob Nguyen; and her two nieces.
Public viewing will be from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM and a Prayer Service will be at 6:00 PM Monday, March 11, 2024, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
