Jessica Nicole Ramirez

Jessica Nicole Ramirez, 34, of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away unexpectedly on March 29, 2025, from complications following a seizure. Jessy was born on August 22, 1990, in Omaha, Nebraska, to John Peter Ramirez and Julie Ann (Smith) Frisby. Jessy grew up and attended school in Bellevue, Nebraska, graduating from Bellevue West High School in 2008. She attended University of Nebraska - Omaha and received her bachelor's degree in Neuroscience. Jessica worked as a Lead Pathology Technician at Children's Nebraska and Methodist Hospitals in Omaha. Jessica loved music, playing percussion in high school band and The 402 Ensemble. An avid reader, Jessica had a vast library of bound books she often read with her nephews, Theodore and Jett Ramirez, and shared her books and love of reading with friends, siblings and coworkers. Jessica enjoyed spending time with her siblings, nephews, friends and cats Katniss and Ailen. Jessica touched more lives than most and endeavored to add a little of her light to everyone's soul. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
