Jessica Zwahr (29) of Ellinger, passed away on April 13, 2022 in Temple, Texas after a brave battle with cancer. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
Jessica was born on August 14, 1992 in Marshall, Texas to William Edward Wilson and the late Linda Lee Wilson. She graduated high school in Brandon, Florida and later returned to Texas where she met her husband, Curtis. They married on September 26, 2020 in Fayette County.
Jessica was a volunteer of the Fayette County Sheriff's Posse and the Ellinger Chamber of Commerce. She was an animal lover and most importantly, a wonderful wife and mother of her two children, Anabelle Lee (age 7) and Curtis Kessel, Jr. (8 weeks).
She is survived by her husband, Curtis Zwahr and her children. Her father, William Wilson; mother-in-law, Pam Zwahr; father-in-law, Dean Zwahr and wife, Reba; brothers, Jonathan Wilson and wife, Nevien and Michael Wilson and wife, Jennifer; and sister-in-law, Kayla Zwahr Schulz and husband, Skylar and Swacie Meekins; brother-in-law Cody Clary and wife, Paige; grandmother-in-law Louise Kessel as well as many numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and family.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents; mother, Linda Lee Wilson; brother, Christopher Lee Wilson and brother-in-law Clayton Clary.
Jessica will be dearly missed by her family, friends and community. A benefit for the family is being planned and will include the Celebration of Life at a later date.
