Obituary Jessie “Pete” Dixon was the oldest child of the late Mr.

Jessie Dixon and Margaret Washington Littleton. Jessie was

born on November 1, 1960, in Yazoo County, MS. He attended

Linwood Elementary and Benton High School. Jessie accepted

God as his personal savior at an early age, and was baptized

at Tri Union AME Church under the leadership of Reverend

J. R. Rosenthal. His career included farm labor, construction

work, and a personal care attendant. His passion was working

on his truck, shopping and greeting friends at Walmart,

spending time with family, and watching cowboy movies.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving mother, Margaret
