Jessie Eldridge Jr.

Jessie Eldridge Jr., age 81 of Hindman, Kentucky passed away on Sunday February 15, 2026, at the Hazard ARH in Hazard, KY. He was born on August 27, 1944, in Hallie, Ky to the late Jessie and Hettie Eldridge. He was the husband of the late Denzila "Denny" Carol Eldridge.

Jr. is survived by his Daughters- Patricia Ann Ritchie, Anna Marie Serimica; Brother- William Ray Eldridge; Grandchildren- Jessie Scott Ritchie, Lathin Senica, Michael Senica; Daughter-In-Law- Karen Ritchie; Best Friends- A.J and Glenna Lou Mullins, Dennis Handshoe, Glenn Martin; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family & Special Friends

Jr. is preceded in passing by his Wife- Denzila "Denny" Carol Eldridge; Parents- Jessie and Hettie Eldridge; Stepson- Bobby Doyle Ritchie; Brother- John Nell Eldridge; Sisters- Ida Mae Caudill, Wanda Lee Mullins, Dorthy Rae Caudill, Helen Eldridge, Kaye Carol Shell, Cleda Proffit

The family will receive friends Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 6PM-10PM and continue all day on Friday February 20, 2026, at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, KY service each evening at 7PM.

Funeral Services will be on Saturday February 21, 2026, at 1PM at the funeral home chapel with Scotty Click, Estill Johnson and Len Slone officiating. Burial will follow at the Eldridge Family Cemetery in Hindman, KY. Jr. will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In Lieu of flowers family has requested that donations can be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
