Jessie E. Rudd Jr.

Jessie E. Rudd, Jr., age 84, of Knoxville passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025. He was of the Baptist faith, and a loving father and grandfather who will be deeply missed. He was preceded in death by wife, Wanda Marie Rudd; son, Jessie "Eddie" Rudd, III; and daughter, Robin Rudd. He is survived by daughter, Ronda Rudd; son, Steven Rudd (Courtney); grandchildren, Aaron and Michael McCoig, Christopher and Corey Rudd, and Christina and Brittany Morgan; many great grandchildren; and sisters, Sharon "Cherry" Rudd and Jodie Rudd. The family would like to offer special thanks to Mr. Rudd's niece, Christina, who helped care for him in his final years. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm Thursday, December 11, 2025, at Rose Funeral & Cremation Broadway. A funeral service will follow with Rev. Dr. Alan Smith officiating.
