Jesus De Los Santos Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Evergreen Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel on Dec. 10, 2025.
Jesus "Jesse" De Los Santos, 62, of Vancouver, Washington, passed away on December 7,

2025.

Jesse was born on October 26, 1963, in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Galena Park High

School in 1980 and proudly served in the United States Army from 1982 to 1994. During his

military career, Jesse served in Desert Storm, supported United Nations efforts in Croatia, and

was stationed at Fort Benning, Georgia, as well as at the Army hospital in Nuremberg, Germany.

His service reflected his dedication, strength, and deep sense of duty.

Following his military career, Jesse moved back to Texas, where he worked as a long-haul truck

driver. He later relocated to Arizona and was employed by Microchip. Jesse transferred with

Microchip to Portland, Oregon, and later worked for SEH America for 17½ years, where he

found not only meaningful work but also a second family-and where he met the love of his life,

his wife Tammy.

Jesse enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and spending time shooting his collection of firearms. He

especially loved entertaining friends and welcoming vendors from Japan into his home, sharing

his warmth, hospitality, and sense of humor. Jesse will be remembered for his compassion

toward people in need and for always lending a helping hand when he could. He believed in

treating everyone with fairness, respect, and dignity.

Jesse was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Ramona De Los Santos. He is survived by

his loving wife, Tammy; his children, Justin Nabity, Chelsea Hilton, and Ashley Rogers; his

siblings, Joe, Carlos, Frank, Teri De Los Santos, and Hope Buck; and his cherished

grandchildren, Stella, Ryder, Roy, Franklin, Lilly, Kylee, and Ariel.

A service honoring Jesse's life will be held on December 27, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. at Evergreen

Memorial Gardens, 1101 NE 112th Ave, Vancouver, Washington.
