Jesus Roberto Ybarra, 81, of Uvalde, Texas passed away on October 25, 2024, at Methodist Metropolitan Hospital in San Antonio, Texas.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
He was born on June 16, 1943, in Kingsville, Texas to Margarita (Torres-Ramirez) and Epifanio Ybarra.
He married Beatrice De La Rosa on December 30, 1973, in Kingsville, Texas.
He is survived by his wife, of 50 years of Uvalde; daughter, Cynthia Ann Ybarra of Diamondhead, Mississippi; two sons, Ronald Najera of New Braunfels and Jesus R. Ybarra, Jr. of Houston; three sisters, Rosa Najera, Elsa Ybarra, and Lupe Ortiz all of Kingsville; brother, Juan Ybarra and wife, Debbie of Austin; grandchild, Marie Chantal Najera of San Antonio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister; and three brothers.
