Jill Rogers Obituary
Jill was a homemaker and a member of the Garland Baptist Church. Her life was a sermon of love and kindness and a living testament to her faith.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Darrell Rogers; two sons, Gerard (Becky) Rogers of Atoka and Brian (Danielle) Rogers of Covington; one daughter, Kerrye (George) Dawson of Brighton; three sisters, Mary Edwards of Beaverton, OR, Charlene Johnson of Moore, OK and Patricia Busby of Munford; nine grandchildren, Christopher Rogers, Cody Rogers, Weston Rogers, Dustin Rogers, Joshua Dawson, Nick Dawson, Andrew Dawson, Dylan Schlauch and Dagan Schlauch and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Burtis and Lela Gross and one sister, Sarah Walker.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Friday, February 6 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Shiloh Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
