I am so sorry to hear of Jim´s passing. I served on our subdivision´s HOA with him for several years. Our subdivision flourished under his leadership as president for many years. Mostly I remember the camaraderie we shared and the many laughs. He was always upbeat and willing to take on a challenge. Every time I walk by his house I recall the friendliness and kindness he and Carol extended. I miss them both. RIP my friends.
