I am heartbroken to announce the passing of my father, Jim Hicks. He left this world in the early hours of April 19, 2023 and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Jim was a long time resident of Valencia County, working 32 years for the Central New Mexico Corrections Facility in Los Lunas and the past 12 years for Hodges Oil of Belen.
Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Hazel Hicks. Jim is survived by his wife, Suzie Hicks, daughter Rachel Hicks and fiancé Michael Lemm, grandson Carlton Hicks, brothers Bart, Larry and Alex Hicks, sister Joy Hicks and many nieces and nephews.
We would love for you to come and honor his life on Sunday April 30th, 2023, at the Belen Moose Lodge at 1:30 pm.
Arrangements are being handled by the caring professionals at the Noblin Funeral Service Belen Chapel, 418 W. Reinken Ave., (505)864-4448, where an online guest register is available at www.noblin.com.
