LILESVILLE - On Thursday, December 25, 2025, Mr. Jimmy Ray "JRAY" Martin, 68, passed away peacefully at his home.
There will be a graveside service at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at Lilesville Cemetery with Mr. Ken Caulder officiating.
The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.
Jimmy was born January 16, 1957 in Anson County, NC and was a son of the late George Ray Martin and the late Myrtle Lee Granger Martin. He was educated in the public schools of Anson County and had worked alongside his father as a painter.
Those who are left to cherish his memory are his brother, Randy Martin (Amy) of Lilesville; his nephews, Scott Martin (Katie) and Josh Martin (Ashtyn) both of Wadesboro; his great-niece, Oaklynn Faye Martin of Wadesboro and his former wife and friend, Angie Polson of Morven.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lilesville Cemetery Fund, Lilesville, NC 28091.
