Jimmy L. Pool, age 74 of Joliet. U.S. Army Vietnam War Veteran. Beloved husband of Sandra (nee Skiba), loving father of Alison (Jeff) Aschbrenner, Bert (Terri) Spies, Tammy (John) Petitti and Buffie Pool, cherished grandfather of Victoria (Josh) Padilla, Christopher Rhein, Brandon Petitti, Jeremy Petitti, Samanth Petitti, Justin Spies, Lonnie III (Thema Kai Semon-Howard) Howard, Veronica Szymaniak, Emily Howard, John Spies, Jayden Spies, Declan Howard and great-grandfather of Santabella Sanchez, Lilian Rhein and Weston Ilkanic, dear brother of Linda (Jim) Mcgough and the late Lawrence Pool, fond uncle to Tina De-Lacelle, Cody (Michelle) Pool, Crystal Pool, Jesse (Andy Jolicouer) Pool. Jimmy also had many bonus children and grandchildren that he adored. Jimmy worked as a truck driver and had a passion for riding and all things Harley Davidson. He was a true enthusiast of the outdoors and found joy in nature, gardening and took great pride in caring for his lawn. He was an avid sports fan, especially devoted to the White Sox and the Bears. Above all, Jimmy cherished his family and had a great love of all animals, but especially dogs.
