Funeral Services for Jimmy Ray Wallace, 73, of Bogalusa, LA will be Saturday, 11AM August 16,2025 in the chapel of Dennard First National Funeral Home, visitation will be at the funeral home at 10AM until the time of service, Rev. Troy Dennard will officiate, all under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home. Jimmy, born April 23, 1952, to the union of the late Larson Wallace and late Edna Faye, passed away August 7,2025 in St. Tammany Parish. Jimmy was an avid outdoorsman; he loved to hunt, fish and riding his motorcycle. He also enjoyed watching old western shows. His greatest blessings and happiest times were when his grandchildren and great grandchildren came to visit. Mr. Wallace is preceded in death by his loving wife, Sharron Wallace, his parents, two sisters, Brenda Jenkins and Vickie McConnell, and one granddaughter, Beth Bria. He is survived by his daughters, Shannon Messina (Wayne), Tonya Buras (Cash), Tina Thurston, Heather Evans (Mike), grandchildren, Jasmine Gelpi, Payton Mizell, Brookelyn Vicknair, Tiffany Penton, Robert Dyson IV, Jamie Dyson, Keeley Evans, Amiah Evans, Aiden Bonilla-Oliver, and Isabella Bonilla-Oliver, as well as many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
