Jo Ann Bailey, 86, of Lexington, Tennessee, formerly of Lepanto, Arkansas departed this life on Sunday, November 23, 2025. She was born on October 9, 1939 to Delmer Doss Nichols and Mamie Coats Nichols in Lepanto, Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother: Robert Nichols, sister: Arlene Felmey, granddaughter: Lindsey Jo Deroshia and grandson: Tate Lindsey, Jr.
Jo Ann is survived by her two sons: Jimmy Lindsey, Jr., and Tate Lindsey and his wife Wendy, her daughter: Kathy Malloy and her husband Kevin, five grandchildren: Michael Malloy, Jordan Malloy, Mackenzie McNaughton, Casey Lindsey and Paige Lindsey, and eight great grandchildren.
Jo Ann was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who would do anything for her family, friends, or anyone in need. She was giving of herself without a second thought. To her grandchildren, she was known as Grandma Jo Jo, a name that will carry countless memories.
She will be missed dearly, but her love and impact she left on our lives will remain forever.
