Jo Ann Durham Obituary
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Gordon F. Durham, Jr.; her sister, Ginger Jackson; and her stepfather, William Haddaway.
She leaves behind her grandchildren, Frank Monaco (Lauren), Adrienne Phelps (Mark), and Theresa Monaco; as well as her great-grandchildren, Taylor Phelps, Owen Phelps, Ryan Monaco, and Jack Monaco. Jo Ann is also survived by her brother, Bill Sewell (Alice), and many nieces and nephews.
Jo Ann was a collector of antiques and old friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. at McCrery & Harra Funeral Home, 3710 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE, where family and friends may call from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Silverbrook Cemetery.

Karen, so sorry. Remember meeting your mom like it was yesterday. Her smile sang. Eternal rest Grant unto her, O Lord, and may the Perpetual light shine upon her...... may her soul rest in peace..... Amen

Joann was truly a nice lady and a great antique dealer. She will always s put a smile on your face when you saw her.
I want to Thank her Daughter for having the sale at her house this summer. So we got to see Joann before she passed. She will always give us who knew her over the years good memories.
