It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jo Annette Breeding, born on October 7, 1947, in Temple, TX. She peacefully left this world on September 19, 2024. Jo was a devoted wife to her husband, Kiefer Mark Breeding, with whom she wed on November 27, 1968, which is over 55 years of marriage, traveling the country and dancing their way through life together. After meeting while Kiefer served in the U.S. Navy, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and adventure. Jo's career included working as a secretary for Square D. Electric Co., where she discovered her passion for square dancing, a hobby she cherished for over four decades. She later retired in 2010, having dedicated herself to helping others at Nueces County M.H.M.R. In her spare time, Jo enjoyed traveling in her R.V., visiting friends, and dancing across the state of Texas. She found joy in every step and brought light to all those around her. Jo leaves behind her beloved husband, Kiefer, her cherished sister, Norma Glenda Limke, and three nephews and their families. May her spirit dance on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know her.
