Joan (Majowicz) Blasberg, 77, of Newfield, passed away on September 28, 2022 at home. She was born in Passaic, NJ to the late Joseph and Mary Majowicz. Joan was married to her husband "Mike" for over 56 years. She was a stay at home mom and adored her family, especially her seven grandchildren. Joan loved traveling to Florida and enjoyed vacationing at Disney, Kissimmee and Daytona. While in Florida she loved watching the pelicans. Joan also enjoyed going to the casinos with her husband, mother and her mother-in-law.
She is survived by her husband, John "Mike" Blasberg; son, John Michael Blasberg Jr (Michelle); daughter, Michelle Ann Blasberg; seven grandchildren, Corrine Kern, Shoshana Kern, Michael Blasberg, Joshua Blasberg, Jonathan Blasberg, Sarah Blasberg and Geoffrey Blasberg. Along with her parents Joan was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Majowicz.
A funeral home visitation will be held on Friday evening, September 30, 2022 from 6pm to 8pm at Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ. There will be a visitation at the CHURCH on Saturday, October 1, 2022 from 10am to 11am followed by a funeral mass at 11am from Our Lady Of The Blessed Sacrament - Church Of Saint Rose Of Lima, 104 Catawba Avenue, Newfield. Interment will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.
