Joan was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late James and Irene (Harvey) Woolfenden. She would later move to Levittown, PA where she would meet her husband, Edward Blusiewicz, Jr. They enjoyed 62 years of marriage prior to his passing.
Joan worked for twenty years at Rohm & Haas Company as an Administrative Assistant and was also a long-standing member of the Edgely Christian Church. Joan especially loved the time that she and Ed would spend in North Wildwood, NJ.
She is survived by her daughters Karen (Dave) Kolinchak and Kimberly (George) Reeves as well as her grandchildren Claudia (Benjamin) O'Connell and Cameron Kolinchak.
Joan's daughters would also like to thank the staff at Southampton Estates for the care provided to Joan over the last year.
At the request of the family, all services will be private. Services provided by Beck-Givnish Life Celebration Home, 7400 New Falls Rd., Levittown, PA 19055. Memorial donations may be made to The Gideons International at www.sendtheword.org
