She was born in Baltimore MD on February 2, 1946 to late Frank and Margarette Talvacchia. She resided in Pasadena MD with her daughter Amy and son in law Michael Jones, along with Michael's mom Irene who helped with her care.
She is survived by her beloved dog Sassy. Stepdaughter Michelle Popp, her husband Jeff. Their children Ryan, his wife Katie, along with their son Luke and Maggie Schuch, her husband Cory and their son Wes. Stepson Greg Chilton, his wife Sandy and their daughter Alex. She also leaves behind a grandson Douglas and great-granddaughter Kloe. An adopted daughter Amber Pitruzzella. Along with many friends who will miss her dearly.
Services will be private.
The family requested memorial donations in lieu of flowers to be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake foundation, 90 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, Md 21122 (in memory of Joan Chilton) or online at https://www.hospicechesapeake.org/giving/donate-now or you can plant a tree.
