Joan Stover Cisco

Mrs. Joan S. Cisco age 80, of Section passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026. Funeral services are set for 2pm Wednesday, February4, 2026 from the Davistown Baptist Church with Bros. Randy Hampton and Mark Haynes officiating. Burial will be in Davistown Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8pm Tuesday and 12noon until service time Wednesday at Davistown Baptist Church.

Joan went to her Heavenly home with her family surrounding her. She loved her family, church family, and friends. She retired from Lozier and found her love for interior design later in life. She owned and operated Renewed Interiors in Section and enjoyed helping all of her customers. She worked for Mark and Maria Haynes at Haynes Furniture and loved them like family.

She is survived by her husband, James Odis Cisco; son, Darrin Odis Cisco and his wife, Jennifer Kaye Cisco; granddaughter, Anna Lauren Allen and her husband, Benjamin Caleb Allen; and many nieces and nephews that she loved very much.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Conley and Lois Stover; brother, Jewel Stover, Bernice Stover, Rayford Stover, and Freddie Stover.
