Joan "Joann" Jackson Clark, age 87, of Kingston passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at NHC Healthcare in Oak Ridge with family by her side. She was born April 23, 1938, in Roane County and worked as a caregiver before retiring. She attended Victory Baptist Church in Kingston. Preceded in death by her husband, Grady Herman Clark; daughter, Tamarra Hicks; parents, Charlie and Mayme Jackson; son-in-law, Steve Hicks; daughter-in-law, Tammy Jo Clark; sisters, Charlene Ratledge, Brenda Yates, and Sandy Webb, brother, Tommy Marney; grandson, Michael Clark Jr., and grandson-in-law, George Belicek Jr.

She is survived by her children, Michael Clark of Kingston, Greg Clark (Kim) of Rockwood; grandchildren, Leroy Hicks (Trina), Brandy Belicek, David Clark (Sunny), Mitchell Clark, John Clark, Savanna Alexander (Joe), and Brittney Clower (Woody); great-grandchildren, Preston Hicks (Olivia), Morgan Nelson (Dakota), Madison Hicks, Rylee Belicek, George Belicek III., Micah Alexander, Emma Alexander, Waylon Clower, Anistyn Clark, and Axtyn Clark; great-great-grandchildren, Emslee Cox and Elias Nelson; and a host of extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 1:00 pm, Friday, December 12, 2025 at Fraker Funeral Home with funeral service following at 1:00 pm, in the chapel with Rev. Max Cronan officiating. Interment will follow at New Midway Baptist Church Cemetery. Online register book can be signed at www.FrakerFuneralHome.net. Fraker Funeral Home of Kingston is in charge of all the arrangements.
