Joan C Dodds

Joan C Dodds 89 of Manchester died Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at her residence. Born in Newark to her parents Vincent and Elsie Curtin, she resided in Sayreville for 30 years before moving to Manchester in the 1990s. She was very religious and attended mass at St John's in Lakehurst where she was a parishioner. She loved spending time with her family, tending to her garden, and reading, especially People Magazine. She is predeceased by her loving husband, Benedict L Dodds in 2020. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law James & Kathleen, Michael & Denise, William & Donna, sister, Sandy Caporaso, 4 grandchildren, Stephen, Kimberly, Katelyn and Michael, 3 great grandchildren, Michael, Theo and Ian. Visitation is Tuesday 2:00-5:00 PM at Oliverie Funeral Home, 2925 Ridgeway Road, Manchester. Funeral Liturgyis Wednesday 10:00 AM at St John's Church, Lakehurst, followed by burial at St Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood.
