Joan Evans, 77 years young, passed peacefully from this life on Monday, August 11, 2025 surrounded by the love of her family. A devoted nurse, Joan dedicated decades to caring for others with skill, compassion, and an open heart.

Beyond her calling, Joan’s greatest joy was her family. She was a loving wife, a proud mom, and the cherished “Grams” whose warm hugs and gentle wisdom made every moment brighter. Her home was a place of laughter, stories, and unconditional love.

Joan’s life was one of service, grace, and kindness. She taught those around her the value of patience, the strength of a listening ear, and the importance of finding joy in the everyday.

Joan is survived by her husband Bill Evans, Children Trace and Melissa Hendricks, Dannie Patterson, Tony and Verda Evans, Jody and Bo Watson, Shelley and Calvin Turner, Sommer and Aaron Bentley. Joan also leaves a multitude of grand and great-grandchildren who she adored. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
