Born in New York City, NY, on December 27, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Bogdan Marinovich and Irene (Walker) Marinovich.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Jim Marinovich and Paul Marinovich; and sister, Leslie.
Surviving is her loving husband of 27 years, Francis "Frank" Firth; her son, Frank Lorenzo; her daughter Theresa Milno; and eight grandchildren.
A viewing will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 10, 2025, at Bolock Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc.; 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco PA 18326. Funeral Mass will take place at 10:30 am on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at St. Peter the Fisherman Church, 33 Trinity Circle Road, Lake Harmony, PA 18624. Burial will take place at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at Queen of Peace Cemetery, 321 Jericho Turnpike, Old Westbury, NY 11568.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint Joseph's Center, 2010 Adams Avenue, Scranton, PA 18509. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Joan, please visit our Tree Store.
