Joan Gretta Gregorio

Joan Greta Goordman Gregorio Gram August 16, 1930 - September 23, 2015 Joan Gregorio passed away peacefully in her grandson, Robert Morehead's arms. Joan is survived by her two children, Susan Pytwan and Kurt Gregorio, her two grandchildren, Robert Morehead and Stephanie Morehead, and her two great-grandchildren, Jonathan Noce and Christopher Noce. Joan was predeceased by her husband, Vito Gregorio Sr., her son, Vito Gregorio Jr., and brothers, John, William, Robert Goordman and sister, Stephanie Goordman Arbeit. Joan leaves a legion of extended family, loved ones, and friends which includes Steven Goordman, Tracy Goordman Platt, Beverly Goordman, John Goordman, Victor Goordman, Valerie Goordman Macias and Eric and Emilia Goordman and their children, Eric Jr., John, Matthew, Christopher, and Eva Goordman. In addition, Gerald Morehead, Myron Pytwan, Janet Gregorio, Desiree Morehead, Philip Noce, Rafael Pena, Wilbert Flores and dear friend Claudia Shaughnessy. Joan dedicated her entire life to her family, friends, and her spirituality. She lived Jesus Christ's message of love, kindness, peace, and forgiveness. Joan was a faithful member of The Mother Church in Boston, Massachusetts attending services virtually on the Internet every Wednesday and Sunday. Prior to its closing doors, Joan attended the First Church of Christ Scientist in Westfield, New Jersey and also served as their clerk for many years. Joan lived life selflessly, giving, and serving with much love and joy. She touched many lives, helped so many people in her life and will be remembered for so many good things. A Tribute to Joan's Life will be held on Saturday, October 17th , 2015 at 11:00 AM at Mosaico Restaurant located at 1072 US-22, Mountainside, NJ 07092. Everyone who would like to attend with the family is welcome to join in remembering Joan's life.
