I think about Joan and her entire family all the time. They were and are the warmest, kindest people I have ever known. I am sorry for her family. This is a huge loss. I haven´t seen any of them for many years, but have tried through the years to find them

I first met Joan and James 7 years ago and they were two of the nicest sweetest, honest Christian people I have had the pleasure of calling friends. Even though Joan was homeward bound for past few years, I talked to her on the phone and sang Christmas carols to her. Even in all her pain, she was a mountain of strength smiling through it all. I admired that in her and Jim was the kind of husband that truly devoted his life and love to her in sickness and health. Joan will truly be missed and my heart aches for the family left behind. Fly high for you are truly a loving angel now. Deepest sympathies to Jim and family. Rest easy for now she is no longer in pain and is awaiting the time to be together with you, Jim.
