Throughout her life she endured many challenges and through them all she emphasized the importance of hard work and having the willingness to fight for the thing that you want. She was a Registered Nurse, beloved and respected by all who knew and worked with her. Her strength and fortitude were equally matched by her sincerity of heart and graciousness in all that she did. She is survived by her sons, Dwayne (Monica), James and Christopher (Sandra). Grandmother to Christopher James, Madison, Olivia, and Sydney. Great-grandmother to Karma, Za'meira, Kameron and Mariyah.
A final farewell will be on Saturday, March 11, from 1PM – 3PM at the Crestwood Funeral Home, 445 West 43rd Street, New York, NY - www.crestwoodcremationfuneral.com
