Joan Nall

Mrs. Joan Cordelia Richardson Nall died peacefully on Saturday, August 10, 2024 in Mc David, FL at the age of 81. Joan is survived by her husband, Michael Nall; children, Nick Nall, Elizabeth (Terry) Born; siblings, Gena Buchholz, Timothy Richardson, and Ryann Richardson; Grandchildren, Krystal (Heith) Fussner, Korri Mobley, Jessica (Jared) Simpson, Timothy Born, Katelyn Born and 9 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Minnie Richardson, of Antelope,MT.
Joan was born on April 15, 1943 in Plentywood, Montana to Gene and Minnie Richardson. She married Mike in 1962 and celebrated 62 years of marriage in April of this year. She graduated from the University of West Florida with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1985. And was proud to be called Mom, Grandma, and Mawmaw.
Joan was passionate about her family and you could often find her baking, sewing, or spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren at home or out on an adventure. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church until her health prevented her from attending and she volunteered her sewing talents through various organizations within the community.
The funeral is scheduled for Thursday, August 15, 2024 11:30am at Faith Chapel North. Visitation will precede the funeral at 10:30am. Bro. Grant Norris will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Joan's life. The family would like to thank Emerald Coast Hospice, especially Ms. Sandy and Ms. Lexie for their generous and supportive care.
