I am so sorry to learn of Joan´s passing. She was a lovely woman. May she rest in eternal peace.

Sympathies to you all. We lost a good one. I hope going through the box of old pictures reminds you of happier memories. Love, Shelly

As bereft as I am, I can only imagine the anguish, the heartache, and the loss you are all experiencing. I hope the days and weeks ahead will bring you solace as you remember Joan, the life she cherished with all of you -- and with her kitchen and garden. She leaves a beautiful legacy in how to live a kind, generous, and giving life; she leaves that in all of you. I will miss her enormously.
Paul and I send our never-ending love and very deepest sympathy.
