Joan was born in Orange to John and Helen (Borner) McGoldrick in November 1937. Her family was everything to Joan – she was very devoted to their happiness and wellbeing. When she had time, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cooking for everyone, and watching her favorite soap operas.
Joan is survived by her cherished sons, Gustave (Donna) and John; her adored daughter, Valerie Swan (Michael); her loving grandchildren, Joseph Korczukowki and Ashley Korczukowski; her sister-in-law, Evelyn McGoldrick; and other family members and friends. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Cosimo Gustave Promollo; and her siblings, Richard, John, Thomas, Robert McGoldrick, Jane Behr and Jeanne Hemke.
Services were private and provided by Codey Funeral Home of Caldwell. In lieu of flowers, donations in Joan's memory to the would be most appreciated. To share condolences or memories with the family, please visit CodeyFuneralHome.com.
