Please Don't Cry For Me

Please don't cry for me

For I have gone home to be with the Lord:

Yes, my soul has been set free.

Free from all hurt, pains, and sufferings

Into His loving arms and reaping all the

Joy that it brings.

Far, far away from all earthly cares

To a place I will await to see you there.

To my beloved sons, daughters, family and friends

I know you will miss me...but please don't cry.

We will see each other again.

So hold your head up and remember the love we use to share...

Because I am free and I will wait to see you up there.

Now, I can truly say that we all must pass...

That's why only what you do for Christ is going to last.

So as you think of me, smile and don't shed a tear...

Because I have passed from death to life and no longer do I have to fear

So if I could say anything to comfort your hearts...I would say,

"Give your hearts to Jesus...the perfect way to start."

For life is full of uncertainties, and tomorrow is not promised to anyone...

That's why it is so important that you recieve God's only begotten son.

So please, please, please...Don't cry for me...

Because my soul has truly been set free.
