Millie Jo "Jo" Whetstone

Millie "Jo" Bryan Whetstone, GrandMa-Ma to all who loved her, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026. She was 87 years old and a resident of Zachary. Visitation will be at Charlet Funeral Home, Zachary on Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026 from 10am until service at 12pm. Burial will be in Port Hudson National Cemetery, Zachary. She is survived by her children, Karon Harrell and husband, Mitch, James Robert Whetstone and wife, Dora, Russell Stanley Whetstone and wife, Terri and Davy Joe Whetstone and wife, Melanie. 12 grandchildren, Michelle DeLee and husband, Jodie, James Whetstone, Jr., and wife, Misty, . Kristy Harris,o and husband, Dr. Adam Harris, Russell Whetstone, Jr., and wife, Dr. Vicki Munson, Terika Boudreaux, Robert Whetstone, and fiancee, Tricia, Dustin Whetstone, Nicholas Whetstone, and wife, Nicole, Travis Whetstone, Amanda Whetstone, Davy Joe "DJ" Whetstone, and Samantha Whetstone. 18 great grandchildren, Bryce Harrell, Austin DeLee, Ann Claire Harris, Hannah DeLee, Averie Harris, Ethan DeLee, Bailey Harris, Hayley Barrett, Presley Boudreaux, Brady Boudreaux, Fletcher "Stanley" Whetstone, Elizabeth Whetstone, Hunter Whetstone, Kaylyn Whetstone, Trinity Whetstone DeFranceschi, and husband, Kris, Christian Whetstone, Nevaeh Whetstone, and Alaina Whetstone. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Stanley Whetstone, parents, Clifford and Mildred Bryan, and brothers, Jimmy Leroy and William Clifford Bryan. Pallbearers will be James Robert Whetstone, Jr., Robert Stanley Whetstone, Nicholas Chase Whetstone, Davy Joe Whetstone, Jr., Russell Stanley Whetstone, Jr., Austin DeLee, Ethan DeLee and Travis Whetstone. GrandMa-Ma always had a smile on her face. She will be missed.
