JoAnn is survived by her sister, Jenny Presson; and brother Joe Robert Dew. Joann is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews that loved her dearly.
JoAnn was a resident of O'Berry Center in Goldsboro for over 45 years. While there, she was never seen without one of her babydolls. She loved and cared for her babydolls more than anything. Nothing made JoAnn happier than having a Coca Cola to drink. JoAnn has left a lasting impression on all those who helped care for her.
A graveside service to celebrate JoAnn's life will be held on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 11:30 at the Rowland Cemetery in Rowland, NC.
