Joann Frame

Joann Frame, 91, of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2025.
Joann was a woman of deep faith, devoted to her Church of God upbringing. She was an avid reader who loved studying the Bible, a wonderful Southern cook, and a talented seamstress. Known for her kindness and gentle spirit, Joann was loved by all who knew her and will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her son, Robert Chance; five stepchildren; granddaughter, Susan Chance, of Fl; grandson, Jon Chance and a special niece, Molly Layne; special nephew, Billy Hulsey; great-great niece, Julia Brown as well as several other nieces, nephews, and many cherished friends.
She was preceded in death by husbands, Robert (Doc) Samuel Chance and Benjamin Franklin Frame; son, Samuel Houston Chance; parents, William J. Bryant and Lydia Ward Bryant; sister, Martha Condra, Gladys Massey, Grace Smith, Inez Howard, Vadilia Keel, Mary Muir, and Myrtle Hulsey.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. (CST) at the South Pittsburg Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home, with Pastor Robert Caudill and Pastor Roy Cheaves officiating.
Joann will be laid to rest at Cumberland View Cemetery in Kimball, Tennessee, beside her beloved husband, Frank Frame.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 4:30 to 8:00 p.m. (CST), and again on Thursday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. (CST) prior to the service.
