JoAnn Marie Leu, 60, Green Bay, passed away February 1, 2026, at Bellin hospital. She was born August 1, 1965, in Milwaukee, WI, daughter to Richard and Nancy (Barbain) Leu. JoAnn graduated from Appleton Xavier High School.
In her younger years, she was a talented trumpet player. She loved hair and beauty, which led her to go to Cosmetology school. She was happy to share her love of hair by always cutting family and friends' hair for free. JoAnn embraced being a Leo by collecting lions of all kinds. She enjoyed playing many card games, including cribbage, with cribbage boards her father made. She was the life of the party and a very headstrong individual. Her last wishes were to share a night of debauchery with her loved ones. Now we may carry on that wish in her place.
Survivors include her sister, Mary (Don) and her two children, Ryan and Cailee (Jake) and her child Arthur; 2 brothers, Tom (Traci) and Joe (Diana); her mother and father, Nancy and Richard ; sister-in-law, Amy {Jim} and her 2 children, Emma and Maya; and her 3 children: Alex (Nicky), Mikah (Justice), and Cloe.
She was preceded in death by her brother Jim, who welcomes her into everlasting comfort.
A private celebration of life will be held.
