JoAnn Saccavino Obituary
JoAnn is survived by her three loving children; James V. Saccavino Jr. (Jill) of Branford CT, Fred Saccavino (Mike) of Bristol CT and Cheryl Saccavino (Sean) of Branford CT. She is also survived by her three grandchildren she adored; Kaili Saccavino of East Haven, Chrystal Saccavino of W. Warwick RI, and Toni Dutka of Branford.
JoAnn is predeceased by her husband of 59 years, James V. Saccavino Sr. (2020), her parents and two brothers, Robert and Frank Acampora.
JoAnn worked at Honeywell in Northford until her retirement. She was also a former member of the Riverside Ladies Auxiliary in East Haven, former Den Mother for the Cub Scouts and Brownie leader. Her favorite pastime was going to tag sales and thrift shops looking for bargains and sitting on her porch reading with her cat "Josie."
Family will receive friends on Friday May 24, 2024 from 4 PM until the time of service at 6:30 PM in the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven CT. Burial will be at a later date.
