Joann Warren, a loving, devoted, and cheerful woman known for her infectious smile and genuine love for people, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 3:15 a.m. As she entered Heaven's gates, she surely heard the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant."

Joann was born on October 10, 1945, in Nashville, Georgia, to Elmer and Rosa Walker. She was a lifelong resident of Eagle Lake, Florida, who graduated from Winter Haven High School in 1963.

Her early work included time at the Bordo Citrus Plant, and as a dedicated teacher's aide. In 1979, she began what would become a remarkable 40+ year career in real estate. As the proud owner and broker of Century 21 Exchange Realty, Joann was admired for her professionalism, her integrity, and her joyful spirit. She was a joy to work with and brought light into every room she entered.

Joann was known for her sweet nature, her beautiful smile, and her unwavering optimism. She had a way of making everyone feel seen, valued, and loved. Her greatest joy in life was her family-her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, all of whom she adored deeply.

Joann is survived by her husband of 62 years, Ronald Warren; her son Todd (Danielle) Warren; and her cherished grandchildren Michael, Megan, Marcus, Matt, and Micajah sister Janie (Clyde) Barnhill. She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Teresa Thompson. She also leaves behind many great-grandchildren who brought her endless joy, each one holding a special place in her heart.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Eagle Lake at 2500 US-17 N Eagle Lake FL, 33839. The Service will take place on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the same location.

Joann's legacy of love, kindness, and warmth will live on in the many hearts she touched.
