Joanna Marie (Molla) Tramontozzi, 74, of Marlborough, MA, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2025, surrounded by her loving family, following complications from cancer.

Born in Newton, MA, to the late Brigadier General William Molla, Esq., and Ophelia (Bissell) Molla, Joanna grew up in a nurturing home shaped by her cherished mother, whom she later cared for with devotion. She attended Peirce Elementary School, Warren Junior High School, and Newton North High School, before attending Aquinas Secretarial School.

Joanna was the beloved wife of 56 years to her high school sweetheart, Gerald Tramontozzi. Together, they built a life in Newton before settling in Marlborough, MA. Joanna treasured family vacations to Cape Cod, New Hampshire, and Disney World, creating lasting memories with her children and grandchildren. A gifted cook, she delighted in preparing Italian dishes, especially her legendary calzones, a holiday highlight for family and friends.

A proud descendant of the 13th generation from the Mayflower, Joanna embodied unity, strength, and love as the cornerstone of her family. She raised her three children-Dianna, Mark, and Brian-her greatest pride and joy. She consistently extended a helping hand to those in need, leaving a legacy of kindness and generosity.

Joanna is survived by her devoted husband, Gerald Tramontozzi; her daughter, Dianna Marie McCarthy of Marlborough, MA; her sons, Mark A. Tramontozzi and his wife Elizabeth of Marlborough, MA, and Brian W. Tramontozzi and his wife Soraya of Waltham, MA; her sister, Barbara Correia and her husband James of Burlington, MA; her brother-in-law, Robert Brady of Tyngsborough, MA; her grandchildren, Patrick J. McCarthy, Gerald F. McCarthy, William F. McCarthy, Anthony J. Tramontozzi, Ellie G. Tramontozzi, Dominic J. Tramontozzi, and an expected grandson; her great-granddaughter, Alayah; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; her sister, Elizabeth V. Brady; and her son-in-law, Kevin McCarthy.

Joanna's radiant smile and graceful heart touched everyone she met. Her warmth and unwavering love will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
