Joanne Faxon Obituary
Joanne "Joni" Faxon, born on February 28, 1965, in Richmond, Virginia, passed peacefully in Charlottesville on November 11, 2025. A beloved wife, sister, aunt, and friend, Joni touched the lives of all who knew her with her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love.
She is survived by her devoted husband and soulmate, Daniel Faxon, who will deeply miss her and cherish every moment they shared until they meet again. She is also lovingly remembered by her sisters, Jackie Bartley and Judy Kennedy; her niece, Crystal; and her nephew, Jarrett. Joni will be missed as well by her cherished friends, including Lynn Williams of South Carolina and Keith Nobel of Hopewell, Virginia.
To our precious Joni-your presence will forever remain in our hearts. May your journey continue gently as you become our angel above. We will always remember that on 11/11/25, the gates of Heaven opened to welcome you home.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Agape Life Services in Fredericksburg, Virginia. A celebration of Joni's life will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor her beautiful spirit.
