She was a long time member of T.O.P.S. (Take Pounds Off Sensibly) and K.O.P.S. (Keep Pounds Off Sensibly). Joanne loved her flowers, making custom cards for family and friends, and playing games on her phone.
Survivors include her son, Dale (Paula) Hayden of Burlington; two daughters, Lorri L. (Harold) Johnson of Silver Springs, Florida, and Raylene K. Garrison of Carthage, Illinois; two stepsons, Dale (Amy) Meth of Stronghurst, Illinois, and Harold Meth of Burlington; stepdaughter, Carol (Dan) Steagall of Moline, Illinois; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, Floyd E.
