Thinking of you Joe, it´s 13 year now and there´s not a day that goes by without me remembering you. A lot has changed, some good, some bad, some that would make you sad. I know you are with the Lord and I hope to see you there one day. I am doing my best to follow Christ so I can, its not easy in this crazy world. Love you then, now, and forever.

My Dear Jodi,
It's so hard for me to imagine that you have been gone for a year now. I know you are with the lord and at peace. But Jodi, oh how I miss you so. There's not a day that goes by that you are not in my thoughts.
You were my loving wife and the mother of our children. We have all suffered a great loss. The emptiness at times brings me great sorrow, but then I see that wonderful smile and a sense of peace comes over me. Why, because I know you're watching over me and your words come softly into my head, this too shall pass… I Love you too.
I don't know why it was time for you to go and I may never understand. But know this my Jodi, I love you now, I loved you then, and I will always love you. No matter what I do or where I go, you will always be with me Joe, in my heart, until we are together again.

Dave and Family, I know this feels like it makes no sense. How could someone so beautiful and so loved be gone. I worked with Jodi several years ago at McDonalds and remember her well. She was a very kind person and a very hard worker. I loved saying "JODI DOTY" and she would just smile! She had a good, funny personality and will always be remembered. I will continue to keep the Doty family in my prayers as you go through this difficult time. May God be your strength.

Dave, Suanne, 'Doty', and your entire family - may a multitude of Heavenly angels surround you during this time of sorrow and bring much comfort to your broken hearts. The minister was correct - Jodi's 'legacy of love' permeated the atmosphere even at her funeral. I was so blessed to have known her and her beautiful smile!

Jodi's candle burned out far too quickly, but God chooses his Angels with love. He has added a very beautiful and caring person to his Kingdom.
She will be missed by so many people who knew and loved her. Her friendship is something I will always treasure.
