JODI KRISTINE KEHN OBITUAARY – Memorial Service TBD
Jodi Kristine Kehn, age 58, passed away in the mountainous foothills of Larkspur Colorado on July 14, 2024. Jodi was born to Richard and Carol (Bjorklund) Paulson on February 5, 1966, in Grovetown Georgia (Fort Gordon GA)
After graduating from Thornton High School in 1984, Jodi moved to California for a brief time and worked at Event Staff Services in security. After meeting Randall (Randy) Kehn at the wedding of his brother and her roommate, they became inseparable, fell deeply in love and married on December 29, 1992. Jodi and Randy began their married life in Hastings Nebraska. Jodi worked at a bank in Hastings and then an agricultural irrigation company.
Jodi and Randy moved to the Denver Metro area in 1995 where she worked in Banking Services which included Arapahoe Bank and Trust, Colorado Business Bank and most recently First Western Trust where she was Project Analyst in the loan department for the last 11 years.
Jodi is survived by her beloved husband (Randy Kehn), mom (Carol Bjorklund), sister (Wendy Sauer/Arlan Sauer), brother (Jeff Paulson), sister in-law (Vickie Kehn Rutt/Rick Rutt), several nieces and her newest fur baby Patches.
Jodi was preceded in death by her father (Richard Paulson), mother in-law (June Kehn), father in-law (Jack Kehn) and her fur babies Marty, Cera, Nellie, Maddie and Rodi. She loved her dogs! She loved all animals!
Jodi was always a feisty, independent gal and made friends wherever she went. Even though she was born with heart problems and after several heart surgeries, in addition to other health issues, she went through life with a smile on her face and no complaints. She was devoted to her family, friends and job!
Her legacy and joyful spirit will live on through the many lives Jodi touched and the memories we all hold dear. Jodi is dearly missed and will forever remain in our hearts.
Jodi's motto: ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE AND A DOG
LIFE WELL LIVED
A life well lived is a precious gift, of hope and strength and grace,
From someone who has made our world a brighter, better place.
It is filled with moments, sweet and sad with smiles and sometimes tears,
With friendships formed and good times shared, and laughter through the years.
A life well lived is a legacy, of joy and pride and pleasure,
A living, lasting memory our grateful heart's will treasure.
