Jody Allred

Jody Mark Allred, age 61, of Wyandotte, Michigan, passed away on February 13, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of love, laughter, and memories that will be cherished forever.

Jody was known instantly by his unmistakable laugh-a sound that carried warmth, humor, and comfort to everyone around him. It reflected the kind of man he was: kindhearted, genuine, and full of love. Music was always a part of his life, often playing as the soundtrack to moments shared with family and friends.

A devoted fan of Kerry, The Pittsburgh Steelers, Detroit Red Wings, Michigan State and had a passion for bowling. One of his happiest places was his cabin near Tawas, Michigan, where he found peace, happiness, and joy surrounded by nature and the people closest to his heart.

Jody spent decades as a truck driver, a career that spoke to his strong work ethic, dependability, and dedication to providing for his family. Above all else, Jody was a devoted husband, father, and papa, brother, uncle and friend-roles he cherished deeply.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, James Vernon Allred and Beverly Ann (Solo) Allred. Siblings, John, Jamie and Jeffrey.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Kerry Allred, and his children: Pearl (Justin) Webber, Jared (Lauren) Allred, Michael (Hailey) Allred, Sara (Anthony) Cartagena, Samantha (Kirstie) Bilderbeck, Eric (Marissa) Eagle, and Betty Allred.

He was a proud papa to Ethan, Ryder, Brooklynn, Hailey, Bentley, Maxwell, Liam, Hunter, Kinleigh, Owen, Zoey, Noah,, Nikki, McKenzie,Dominic and Bentlee, each of whom brought him immense joy and pride.

He was a loved brother to Candace (Allred) Smith and Sally Hamer.

He was an uncle to endless nieces and nephews.

He was a friend to everyone that entered his life.

Jody's love extended to his faithful companions-his dogs, Angus and Ozzy, and his cat, Auri Cattington, who were constant sources of comfort and companionship.

Jody will be remembered for his loving heart, his infectious laughter, and the deep devotion he had for his family. His presence will be profoundly missed, but his love, stories, and spirit will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Visitation Tuesday from 2pm until 9pm at Czopek Funeral Home, 2157 Oak St., Wyandotte. A funeral service will take place Tuesday at 7:30pm.
