Memorial services for Jody Kelsch, 49, of Mobridge, will be at 11:00 am, Friday, October 10, 2025, at Kesling Funeral Home in Mobridge. Jody passed away Monday, October 6, 2025, at her home.

Jody Kelsch was born in McLaughlin, SD to Larry and June (Fischer) Kelsch on December 26, 1975. She grew up and attended school in Selfridge. Jody was blessed with two sons: Cutter and Tucker. Jody later went to work for Prairie Knights Casino for many years. She also worked at the Farmers Union in Selfridge for several years as well.

In her free time Jody enjoyed gardening. She also loved spending time with her family and friends.

Jody will be deeply missed by her sons Cutter and Tucker, her parents Larry and June, her siblings; brother Travis (Rachel) Kelsch of McLaughlin, and her brother Nevada Kelsch of Selfridge, her uncles; Donald (Linda) Fischer, Tom (Gloria) Fischer, Vern Fischer, Gary (Donna) Fischer, and Duane (Jane) Kraft, and her many nieces and nephews; Lex & Lane Newling, Tanner & Jenna Kelsch, Logan & Amber Kelsch, and Tailyn & Lane Kelsch.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Jody, I was so sad to hear of your passing, it doesn't seem real, my heartfelt condolences to your two boys, Cutter and Tucker and your Mom and Dad, you were like a sister to my Son, Clyde (Chip) and for this I will be always grateful, you made his life so much brighter by being there for him, he always called you Sister and that's who you will always be to him.
Fly high with the Eagles, My Dear Jody. RIP.
