Joe was born on December 3, 1962 and passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. Joe was a resident of Shelby, North Carolina at the time of passing. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Trinity Baptist Church, 746 Trinity Church Road, Mooresboro, NC with Rev. Michael Frazier and Mr. Gene Cox officiating. Burial will follow the service at Cleveland Memorial Park 1225 College Avenue, Shelby, NC 28152. Visitation at the Trinity Baptist Church from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM on October 13, 2018. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the volunteer mission fund at Trinity Baptist Church, 746 Trinity Church Road, Mooresboro, NC 28114 OR Crossroads Rescue Mission, Shelby, NC 28152.
