Michael Joe Connor, Jr., age 53, of Crouse, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2025. He was born January 9, 1972, in Dade County Florida to Sylvia Gail Hammett McGlothlin and the late Michael Joe Connor.
Joe was an avid NASCAR, Jeff Gordon, and Chase Elliott fan. He was also a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. He enjoyed relaxing at home and watching TV, especially old Gunsmoke episodes and world news.
Survivors include his mother, Sylvia Gail Hammett McGlothlin; daughter and son-in-law, Summer and Chris Hedrick; brother, Shawn Hammett; sisters, Shannon Trent (Jimmy), and Tiffany Lasiter; grandchildren, Kyah Young, Raelynn Hedrick, Ivey Hedrick, and Macy Hedrick.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Crouse Baptist Church with Pastor Bob Hill officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
His family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM prior to the service at the church.
