William Joseph “Joe” Dick, age 81, of Iron City, GA, passed away Sunday morning, August 24, 2025, at his residence.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025 at 5:00 PM at Friendship Cemetery with Rev. George Masciarelli and Rev. Mitch Royals officiating.

Mr. Dick was born on August 11, 1944, to Herbert Alison Dick and Lillie Mae McClendon Dick.

Mr. Dick was a retired fireman from the Decatur County Fire and Rescue. He was also a charter member of the Iron City Volunteer Fire Department. He was a member of the Iron City Methodist Church.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Jujuan Williams Dick; and his daughter, Jennifer Green and her husband Robert all of Iron City, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. His family farm animals Lulu, Lillie, and Luke will miss his treats and scratches.

Mr. Dick was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert Alison Dick and Lillie Mae McClendon Dick; and his brothers and sisters, John Dick, Sr., Billy Dick, Patsy Willis and Kate Mulkey.
